When you use the contact form, we collect your name, organisation and the details you provide about your enquiry. We do not collect personal data by any other means on this site.

We process contact-form submissions under legitimate interest: you have contacted us with a professional enquiry, and we use your data solely to respond. If we introduce analytics later, the lawful basis will be consent, managed through the cookie banner.
How we use your data
We use contact-form data only to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a scoping call. We do not share your data with third parties, apply automated decision-making or transfer data outside the United Kingdom.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of your last interaction, then deleted. If a commercial engagement begins, retention follows the terms in the engagement contract.
